This is an invitational meet, meaning athletes need to qualify to compete. Our coaches enter athletes but ultimately the host of the meet decides who gets accepted into the meet based on who will be the most competitive.
First field events begin at 9:00 am
First track events begin at 10:00 am
Athletes should arrive 2 hours before their first event. Athletes can leave after they have cooled down from their last event, but should check in with their coach before leaving.
Our team will be set up on the home side of the stadium to the left of the announcers booth. As you walk in from the entrance you will pass by the snack bar on your right. Our navy blue team tent will be set up in the stands right past the snack bar. All athletes are expected to sit with the team before and in between events so coaches know where they are and can communicate with them as needed. Parents are welcome to sit in the rows in front of our tent so we can all cheer for our athletes together!
There will not be a bus to this meet. Athletes will need to find transportation themselves. Parking is limited and will fill up early for this event. We encourage carpooling, arriving early and dropping athletes off to the entrance whenever possible. Spectators will have to purchase tickets. The link to do so is here.
If you are dropping off an athlete, when you enter into the parking lot at Rancho Bernardo High School you will want to take your first right and follow that road that is parallel to Paseo Lucidio all the way to a culdesac. You will see volunteers at the entry gate checking tickets. This is the entrance to the meet, athletes and spectators all enter from this gate.
